You may return any defective product for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. Personalized or custom items may not be returned for refund or exchange.
A restocking fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to you for any product returned that shows obvious signs of use, abuse, or damage. We reserve the right to reject any return based on the condition of the product. We will ship the product back to you at your expense if this occurs, and no refund will be processed.
Steps for Returning:
- Re-box the GranolaChik packet. Be sure to tape the box securely closed.
- Include your receipt in the box.
- Write your name and order number on the outside of the box.
- The customer pays return shipping.
- Ship GranolaChik, information packet to us at:
- Email the tracking number to us at email@example.com so that we can watch for your return.
When we receive your returned package, we will inspect all returned product/s. Based on the condition of the products returned, a refund will be processed. If all products meet the above-stated guidelines, the full amount of your product purchase (less shipping and handling) will be refunded to the payment method used for your original purchase. Suppose the product does not meet the above-stated guidelines. In that case, the restocking fee will be deducted from the total of your original purchase, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the payment method used for your original purchase.
